We have been involved in the historic development scheme of Gilders Yard in the West Midlands, which has transformed four heritage buildings, one of which was Grade II listed, to apartments with residential and commercial space. Prestige Brickwork worked for Clegg Construction on this project, who specialise in the delivery of public and private sector projects. We built 157 residential apartments plus commercial units at Gilders Yard Great Hampton Street Birmingham, and it was great to be part of a project which was combining historic property with new development. This was a challenging build due to the location and access issues, however we were able to overcome this by working closely with Clegg to achieve a first-class finish which was a credit to all that were involved.
